- NSN 5960-00-767-9048, YPE03167000519, Electron Tube, Stabilotron. Purchased in accordance with Litton Systems Inc. (89145) P/N L-4940. Complete unrestricted technical data is not available for distribution, therefore item is purchased in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1):available from only one or a limited number of sources. Ship 16 each, FOB and Inspection/Acceptance at origin, to New Cumberland PA at a rate of 4 per month beginning 180 days ARO. A 50% option is included in the solicitation for an additional quantity up to 8 each. Solicitation is unrestricted--not set aside for small business. Note 26 applies. Solicitatio shall be available on it's issue date of October 17, 2003 in FedBizOps through DIBBS or SRweb solicitation link.
