- This notice is to announce that this NSN will be solicited in the near future. This is not a Soliciation/Request for Proposal. The Soliciation/Request for Proposal will be forth coming and will be available via the DSCC Website address (URL) is http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp/. The response date referenced above is estimated. Solicitation Issue date is on or about 10/22/03, with the Response date on or around 11/24/03. Note: Copies of this solicitation will only be available via the World Wide Web. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Reference number: IQC03153009008. NSN: 5945-00-201-2970. Nomenclature: Relay, Subassembly. Approved source: Ward Leonard Electronic Co (63743) P/N 104.813-1, Westinghouse Electric Corp (79500) P/N S1265697, Westinghouse Electric Corp (79500) P/N36J369-22-SUB7. OVERALL LENGTH 4.031 INCHES NOMINAL. OVERALL WIDTH 3.750 INCHES NOMINAL. OVERALL HEIGHT 2.000 INCHES NOMINAL. An Indefinite Quantity Contract (365 days basic with two 365 day option periods) is anticipated. Total 3 year estimated quantity is 588 each. Various incremental quantities will be solicited. Deliveries will be to various DLA customers and/or stocking locations. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. While price is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
