- Description
- The subject solicitation is being issued Unrestricted for the purchase of the Two-Man Combat Tent, NSN 8340-01-452-5919, to be manufactured in accordance with Purchase Description CN-PD 02-03 dated 6/1/03. No drawings are available for this item. There will be a minimum quantity of 12,000 each and a maximum quantity of 36,000 each for the basic and four one year term options. Deliveries will begin 120 days after date of award. Offerors will be required to submit a technical proposal consisting of a Product Demonstration Model, Past Performance, Industrial Mobilization, Socioeconomic factors, DLA Mentoring Business Agreement and Javits-Wagner-O'Day proposal. All materials will be furnished by the successful offeror. Technical factors will be more important than price. FAR Part 12 procedures will not be used. The anticipated issue date for this solicitation is 3 November 2003. The solicitation will be posted to the Procurement Gateway.
