Description

Under the Emergency Watershed Protection Program the NRCS has a requirement to construct silt fence structures at various sites on the hill side of Farmington, Utah. The contractor shall be required to furnish and supply all labor and materials to complete the project. The major work will be the construction of silt fence structures. The silt fence structures will constructed of wire fencing, steel posts and mesh material to slow the water down, drop its silt and debgris load and spread the material across the alluvial fans from 8 tributaries. The estimated price rage is between $100,000 and $300,000. The North American Industry Classification Code is 234990. THERE WILL BE A SITE SHOWING AND PRE-BID CONFERENCE HELD ON WEDENSDAY, OCTOBER 8, 2003, AT 10.00 A.M.MST AT FARMINGTON CITY OFFICES, 130 NORTH MAIN STREET, FARMINGTON, UTAH 84025.
