- The 37th Contracting Squadron intends to issue under FAR Part 12 a Sole Source Award to ADAC Laboratories/DBA: Philips Medical Systems, 540 Alder Drive, Milpitas, CA 95035-1204. The NAICS is 541511 and the business size is $21.0 million. Philips Medical will provide ADAC Pinnacle 3 Software License Renewal Gold Plan Functionality Subscription for one-year period for the Wilford Hall Medical Center, Lackland AFB, TX. Period of performance will be 1 October 2003 through 30 September 2004. The proposed contract action is for which the government intends to award to one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the government will consider any proposal received within 24 hours after the date of publication of this synopsis. No solicitation or request for quote is available.
