- 66?INDICATOR. Item NSN: 6680-01-012-0328TP, PART NUMBER: 21V00-0000-1. 31 EA. Applicable to: E3B/C. Destn: Tinker Air Force Base Ok 73145-3032. Delivery: 31 Each, on or before Feb 27 2004. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 16 Oct 2004. The government intends to award to this requirement to the only approved/qualified source, CAGE CODE 16630, LIMCO MFG CO. This requirement has been screened and can only be purchased from the actual manufacturer or vendor, including a prime contractor who is the actual manufacturer. The data needed (specifications and drawings), to contract from other sources does not exist and are not available within the Air Force or the U.S. Government. Surplus Material is NOT ACCEPTABLE. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement make contact with the firm listed above. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
