E-MAIL ( ruth.ferguson@redstone.army.mil ). ***TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED*** **THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS DATA, WHICH IS CONSIDERED CRITICAL TECHNOLOGY AND HAS BEEN RESTRICTED FOR RELEASE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT**. System: PRON: D1386556, Nomenclature: Simulator, Laser Det(Laser Source Simulator, MT1888), NSN: 5860-01-495-7441, PN: 13481170, for a quantity of 4. A quantity of (1) one, Contractor Tested First Article required. Delivery schedule, 155 days after c ontract award, submission and acceptance of test report. Delivery schedule 110 days after contract award. Offerors must be approved and qualified. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of so licitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. The Government does not possess sufficient document ation to acquire this item from other than the qualified source. A technical data package, which defines all engineering and quality requirements, are not available. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intend s to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources.
