- The Phase 1: Request for Qualifications announcement for this RFP No. 03-SP-30-0101, issued September 19, 2003, is amended as follows: (1) The date for receipt of Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) is hereby extended from October 10, 2003 to October 31, 2003. The time for receipt of SOQs remains 4:00 p.m., local time. (2) Reclamation is preparing responses to questions submitted by potential offerors. We expect to issue the responses on October 2, 2003. (3) Documents and information regarding this project can now be accessed online at the following web page location: http://www.usbr.gov/lc/region/g3000/aag/0101.html. Any changes to the requirements or due date will continue to be announced through FedBizOpps. The Q&As mentioned in item (2) of this announcement will also be posted to the web page on October 2, 2003.
