- See Note 22 and 26. This is not a synopsis for a solicitation. This is the required yearly notice of the scope of effort under the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). The anticipated scope of work is the repair/restoration of various circuit card assemblies for the MK 75 Signal Converter. The retored items will be returned to supply system stock or issued for immediate Fleet use. One of the major items to be repaired is Circuit Card Assembly, P/N 62201, NSN 7HH 5998-01-320-2195. The Government lacks the drawings and data to permit competitive repair of the items listed in this BOA. Drawings and data are proprietary to EDO Reconnaissance and Surveillance Systems, doing business as EDO Communications and Countermeasures Systems (EDO CCS).
