- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving & Printing (BEP) intends to place an Blanket Purchase Agreement with Bottcher America for recovering and repairing rollers for fiscal year 2004. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1. The resulting purchase order shall not exceed the simplified purchase threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.106 shall be used. See numbered note 22.
