Description

General Services Administration (GSA), Northwest Artic Region, has a requirement for a Fitness Center Program Coordinator at the fitness center located at GSA, 2703 C Street SW, Bldg.2, Bay 4, Auburn, WA. The solicitation number will be GS-10P-04-LSC-0001. The period of performance is twelve (12) months with four (4) one-year options. This solicitation will be issued IAW FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Anticipated start date is 2/1/04. Solicitation will be available on or about 10/21/03. Offers will be due on or about 11/18/03. Award will be made to the offeror who: (a) assents to the terms of the RFP, and (b) has the best combination of experience, past performance and price. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The NAICS Code applicable to this procurement is 713940 with the small business size of $5M.
