- General Services Administration SEEKS EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST Medina, OH ________________________________________________________________________ REQUIREMENTS: The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of a maximum of 6,100 BOMA rentable square feet to yield a range of 4,600 to 5,300 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (usf) and twenty-three (23) on-site parking spaces. The building must be handicapped accessible and must comply with GSA Fire Protection, Occupational Health and Environmental Safety Standards. The facility must have the potential for an efficient space design layout and meet the Agency?s' security requirements. LOCATION: City limits of Medina, Ohio. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years with five (5) years firm. OCCUPANCY: Space must be available for occupancy December 1, 2004. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST should include the following and be submitted no later than October 15, 2003: 1. Building/location name and address 2. Available rentable square footage, floor location, and estimated rental rate per rentable square foot. 3. Floor plan 4.
