- Single award contract for the period December 1, 2003 to November 30, 2004. Production area restricted to a 20-mile radius of Winchester, VA. Anticipate 0 to 5 orders per week. For Engineering Specifications 1 to 30 copies per order with a trim size of 8-1/2 x 11 inches. Technical Drawings 1 to 30 copies per orders with trim sizes of 17 x 11, 12 x 18, 15 x 30, 24 x 36, or 30 x 42 inches. Color Duplication 1 to 30 copies per order with a trim size of 8-1/2 x 11 up to and including 17 x 11 inches. Fold-ins up to 6 per order, trim size 17 x 11 folding to 8-1/2 x 11 inches. Operations include duplicating/copying in black or full color, binding, packing, and distribution. Quality level III. Bid opening October 23, 2003.
