- NOTICE OF INTENT: The USCG Engineering Logistics Center intents to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement for Stainless Steel (316) Adapter Plates. The subject plate is used to mount the Sabik MPV-LED ice buoy lantern to the 7/20 ice buoy hulls. The plates are ? inch thick; 15 inches in diameter with 6 inch center clearance hole and various through and metric tapped holes and surfaced on both sides to promote gasket sealing. The plate shall be made in accordance with G-SEC drawing 121182; Rev A details the requirements of this adapter plate. The minimum requirement is 50 each per order, with the maximum of 250 each per order. FOB Destination Columbia, MD. Plates may be shipped directly to individual units; however, for the purpose of this BPA, quotes shall be based on FOB DESTINATION TO COLUMBIA, MD. Changes to destination will be negotiated on individual orders. NAICS is 332313 and size standard is 500. Interested parties should utilize the Register to Receive Notification function at the government wide FEDBIZOPPS (FBO) website at http://www.fbo.gov under RFQ HSCG40-04-Q-20001. The due date for offers will be established upon issuance of the RFQ. Any amendments issued to this RFQ will be posted in FEDBIZOPPS, www.eps.gov.
