Description

SOL N/A (SYNOPSIS PUBLISHED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY--Solicitation document NOT available.) Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to Business Knowledge Architects (BKA) IAW FAR 6.302-1, and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), the continued development and integration services relating to the FAS Enterprise Server, a critical application developed by BKA for the Defense Energy Support Center (DESC) Fuels Automated System. In this phase of the FAS program, the FAS Enterprise Server (FES) application will be extended to better support the business practices of DESC and its customers. BKA will also provide maintenance and support of its delivered software. BKA is the developer of the FES software and is thoroughly familiar with the supported business rules and processes of the DESC enterprise. The applicable Federal Product Service Code for this effort is D-307 Automated information system design & integration services.
