- NSN 4820-01-206-9571, Disk Valve. Vacco Ind. (99517) p/n S1E10106 Item 24, S3D10043-01. Quantity of 20 AY to be delivered to SW3216, Def. Dist Depot Puget Sound, Bldg. 467 W Street, Bremerton, WA 98314-5130 in 180 days after date of award. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See notes 12 and 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 17 Oct 03. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 200% option for increased quantities. This acquitision is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10U.S.C.2304(c)(1). Approved source is 99517. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
