- Description
- The Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center, 1 Medical Center Drive, Clarksburg, WV 26301 has a requirement for ambulance and wheel-chair van service (NAICS 621910) to transport VAMC patients. All offerors must be licensed in the state of West Virginia. Services are required 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Contract potential is for a base period of January 1, 2004 to September 30, 2004 and two one-year options (contracts are subject to the availability of funds). All requestes for RFP 540-57-03 must be in writing to the Contracting Officer. Telephone requests will NOT be accepted. FAX requests may be made to (610) 383-0235. RFP 540-57-03 will be issued on or about October 20, 2003.
