Description

Contractor to provide a Full Support Service of Andover Direct Digital HVAC controls (DDC) Energy Management and control system for 16 buildings at the 914th Airlift Wing,Niagara Falls, Niagara County, New York.Contractor to provide certified personnel,equipment, supplies and material to accomplish, promptly and satisfactorily, all work required to provide the government full support service.Contractor must provide emergency service within two hours of receiving notification, 24 hours/day and 7 days per week coverage.Basic with three (3) Option years. Potential offerors shall request RFP FA6670-04-T-0001 in writing by letter or fax (716) 236-2357. Tentative issue date on or about 17 Oct 03 with RFP closing date approximately 02 Nov 03. The NAICS Code is 235110 & SIC Code is 3822. The small business size standard is $7.0 million. Firm fixed-price contract.Full & Open Competition. All quoters MUST be registered in the CCR for award.
