All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which will be considered. See notes 1 and 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 20 Oct 03. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS or SRweb solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Proposed procurement contains a 50% option for increased quantities.
