- NSN 3040-01-234-7057, Hydraulic control station, winch, non-magnetic, used on Mine Sweep Class Ships. Metso Minerals (16288) p/n S-544. Quantity of 4 each to be delivered to Stockton, CA in 210 days after date of award. All repsonsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See note 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 20 Oct 03. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
