- NSN: 4710-01-088-1733 PR: YPC3230000829 Tube Assembly, Metal. Approved sources are: Lewis & Saunders Inc (21890), Tomco Machining Inc (27218) and General Electric Co Div of GE Aircraft Engines (99207) P/N 4053T35G01. Qty 196 ea to be delivered to Stockton CA (AQ5) 250 days after date of award. Qty 177 ea to be delivered to San Diego CA (NDZ) 250 days after date of award. Qty 571 ea to be delivered to New Cumberland PA (SNC) 250 days after date of award. Item 5001 maximum option quantities for NSN: 4710-01-088-1733 option qty 944 each. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See notes 12 and 26. The solicitation will be available in FebBizOpps on its issue date of 10/20/03. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: 21890, 99207 and 27218. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
