- THE SOLICITATION NUMBER FOR THIS PROCUREMENT HAS BEEN CHANGED FROM SP0460-03-R-4737 TO SP0460-04-R-0242. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED BY 30 OCTOBER 2003. NSN 1670990050444, NPG03209001150, Canopy Assembly, Parachute, Martin-Baker Aircraft Co Ltd, Cage U1604, P/N MBEU147610, Irvin-GQ, Cage U1601, P/N GQD31420 MRI GQ 1456. This solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with an estimated annual demand quantity of 248 each for the base year and 196 each for the option years. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. 210 DARO, Origin. Option to extend term of contract 48 months. Duration to contract period 5 years. Other than full and open, only one source. Intended source U1601. Note 22 applies. Unrestricted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
