- THE SOLICITATION NUMBER FOR THIS PROCUREMENT HAS BEEN CHANGED FROM SP0460-03-R-5001 TO SP0460-04-R-0243. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED BY 30 OCTOBER 2003. NPG03216001232, NSN 1670001575975, Parachute Assembly, Pilot External Tri-Stage, P/N 510AS108-1, Manufacture in accordance with NAVAIR Drawing 510AS108, Rev P, and applicable supports. An ?Export Control? technical data package exists for this NSN. Bidset information is available on the Internet via http://www.dscr.dla.mil/TDMD. 228 DARO, Destination. Option to extend term of contract 48 months. Duration of contract period 60 months. Notes 1, 8 and 23 apply. First Article Test Required, Production Lot Testing Required. This solicitation will result in an award as an indefinite quantity contract with an estimated annual demand quantity of 172 each for the base year and 156 each for the option years. QPL applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
