- Description
- The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential Small Business set-aside bidders for a Optometrist to provide Optometry services at the Wagner PHS/IHS Health Center, Wagner Service Unit, Wagner, South Dakota. The period of performance will be for one day per week or 352 hours on-site for one year. Request for the RFQ shall be made in writing or tele-fax at (605)226-7669 and will be made available approximately 15 days after the date of publication of this announcement. The last date for potential bidder's to request the bid package will be October 17, 2003. This is a Small business set-aside procurement.
