Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented by additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Requests for quotation are not being requested. A written solicitation will not be issued. Interested sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. A determination to compete this requirement will be made at the discretion of the Government. The solicitation number is DOJ-APG-4-Z-011. This solicitation is a proposed sole source award to ViaNet Corporation, 6615 Weatherford Court, McLean, Virginia 22101. The supplies/services required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1). Period of Performance one year. The following contract line is applicable. Software Support: Riversoft Bundle Support 24 x 7. QTY 1 Unit of Issue 1(year). The following provisions and clauses are applicable to this RFQ: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items: Award will be made to the offeror whose quote is most advantageous to the Government, considering technical expertise, past performance and price. 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications: All offerors should forward a completed copy of this provision along with their quotation. 52-212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items 52.252-1 Clauses Incorporated by Reference 52.232-18 Availability of Funds In addition Invoice Requirements particular to the Department of Justice will be incorporated in this purchase order.
