- Description
- This acquisition is for a firm fixed price contract consisting of a one-year Base period plus four pre-priced one-year options. The Base period is to run from 01 April 2004 through 31 March 2005. The requirement is for Multimedia Services consisting of still digital photography to include but not limited to studio, location, alert and copy work plus limited videography services. This requirement also includes graphic arts services to include but not limited to interior signs, posters, charts, certificates, publications/repromasters, display art/emblems and computer-generated images on disks. Additional services consist of providing audiovisual presentations and managing audiovisual presentation equipment for loan to occasional base users and to manage a video teleconferencing system and facilitate video teleconference events. The Government will provide an on-Base facility and equipment. The successful contractor will be required to obtain a facility clearance at the SECRET level and be able to obtain individual security clearances at the SECRET level for photographers. National Agency Checks will be required for other employees requiring access to the Local Area Network. Services are to be provided at McChord AFB Washington. The NAICS Code is 541922 with a corresponding small business size standard (not to exceed) of $6,000,000.00. This solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside. However, in conformance with FAR 19-1300, this acquisition is being considered for HUBZONE set-aside. If your firm is HUBZONE certified and intends to propose on this acquisition, please provide the following information to the Contracting Officer not later than ten (10) calendar days after the posting of this notice: (1) SBA certification of HUBZONE eligibility, (2) capability statement of your firm, and (3) a positive statement that your firm intends to propose on this acquisition. Based upon responses the Contracting Officer will make a determination regarding HUBZONE set-aside; if there is not a reasonable expectation of adequate competition the acquisition will be conducted as a 100% small business set-aside. Evaluation for award will be Price-Performance Trade Off (PPTO). Issuance of the solicitation will be on or about 5 November 2003 and will close on or about 09 December 2003.
