- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested from GSA Holders Only and no formal solicitation will be issued but a statement of Work for this effort is available. A twelve month firm fixed price plus one option year,limited-scope effort to complete the final design, development,and im plementation of Phase V well as maintenance revisions and enhancement to the functionality of the already developed Phases I, II, III, and IV with minimal investment and no loss of service. FAR Provision 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders- Commercial Items; and DFARs 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes and Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items shall apply to this solicitation. Please submit with your quote a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. All quotes will be evaluated on price and delivery. The Government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. The FAR clauses my be viewed at http://farsite.hill.af.mil Contractors submitting quotes must be enrolled in the Central Contractor Registration Program (CCR). The closing date for this solicitation will be 09 Oc t 3, 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Late quotes will not be accepted. Your quote shall be submitted in writing to chris.pettigrew@ngb.ang.af.mil. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a delivery order for the subject items. The Governme nt shall not be obligated to pay for any information developed and/or furnished by potential sources in response to this notice. firm fixed price plus one option year
