NSN: 1630-01-250-9870, P/N: 7-311360000-5, PRON: AX3F5473AX, NOUN: Disc, Brake, Quantity: 185 each applicable to AH-64 (Apache). F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 61 each 150 Days After Contract Award, with 61 and 63 each re specively each month thereafter until contract completion. This item is restricted to the approved businesses Parker Hannifin Corp., Cage Code: 33269 and McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Co., Cage Code: 8V613 because this part must be acquired from a manufac turing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the re quired item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures fo r Aviation Requirments. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitati on will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. No telephone request will be accepted.
