PRON: AX3Q0348AX, NSN: 1615-01-275-2165, PN: 406-010-401-111. Quantity: 22 each applicable to the OH-58 D Airframe with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000, and Stockton, CA 95296-0130. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 22 each, 360 D ays After Contract Award (DACA). Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 22 each, 240 DACA. Production Lead-time with Alternate II Clause is 22 each, 300 DACA. This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., Cage Code 97499, 600 E . Hurst Blvd., Hurst, TX. 76053-8030, because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed or otherwise obtained. Adequate technical data is not availab le for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek s ource approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of sol icitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
