- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City intends to award a purchase order to Desert Star Systems, 761 Neeson Road #9, Marina, CA 93933-5107 on a sole source basis for a site evaluation to refine the final Littoral Mobile Positioning System (LMPS) design prior to issuing a Small Business Innovative Research Phase 3 contract. As the manufacturer of the LMPS system, Desert Star is the only company with the knowledge and proprietary information/equipment required to perform the site evaluation survey. Performance will be at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City, 110 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7001. NAICS Code 541330 applies. SBA Size Standard is $4M. PSC is AC60.
