Description: Additional note pertaining to proposal evaluation. After the proposals are received, between 3 to 5 of the most highly rated proposals will be included in a competitive range for negotiations and contacted by the contract specialist for purposes of presenting any available off-the-shelf demo software. The offeror's evaluation scoring shall be re-scored after review of the software demo, and an award selection decision will follow, as described in the Statement of Work attachment within the Microsoft Word file posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizops.gov with this announcement for RFP BEP-04-0037. There are no other changes to the RFQ.
