Description

The Office of Management and Administration (OMA), Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) of the District of Columbia (hereafter ?District?) is soliciting expressions of interest (EOI) from firms or organizations to assist the District?s Recorder of Deeds (ROD) with ongoing systems development and acquisition support services. The objective of the procurement is to acquire an automated records management system that fully supports ROD?s land records and general documents management needs including maintenance and proper custody and timely access to all records maintained. This system should be able to provide electronic access to records dating from 1973. Therefore, continued records management is needed to further develop a more efficient ROD processing workflow and public access availability. The OMA intends to award one calendar-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract with an option to extend the contract for four (4) calendar-year terms or fractions of it for a maximum not to exceed five (5) years. A Request for Proposals (RFP) for this procurement will be issued 3 October 2003 with a proposal submission date of 15 November 2003. This RFP shall be issued electronically to interested firms or organizations. Hard copy version shall not be issued.
