- This notice serves as public announcement that the United States Postal Service (USPS) is requesting the participation of digital certificate providers to participate in a non-exclusive sales opportunity in connection with the roll-out of the USPS EPM Office Extension for Microsoft Office?, an application which utilizes the USPS EPM? service. This USPS EPM Office Extension application enables end users to digitally sign Word documents with a digital certificate and seal them with the USPS Electronic Postmark.
