- Description
- NSN: 3020-01-102-2512 PR: RPC03261000836 Gear Cluster. This is an Army Identified Critical Safety Item (CSI). Approved sources are: Sikorsky Aircraft Corp (78286) and Northstar Aerospace/Canada/Inc (36480) P/N 70351-08114-103. Qty 13 ea to be delivered to Corpus Christi TX (B52) 200 days after date of award. Qty 14 ea to be delivered to New Cumberland PA (SNC). All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See notes 12 and 26. The solicitation will be available in FebBizOpps on its issue date of 10/23/03. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: 78286 and 36480. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
