Manufacturer?s Code and Part Number: William P. Strube Inc. (54034) P/N 617-0166-002, Honeywell Intl. Inc. (97896) P/N 617-0166-002. Quantity (including option quantity) 300. Unit of Issue: EA., Destination Information: Hill AFB UT 84056-5734, Delivery Schedule: 50 EA. 120 Days and the balance at the rate of 50 EA. Every 30 days. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 22 Oct 2003. The Small Business size standard is 1,000 employees. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not posses complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304 ?(1). Approved sources are: Honeywell Intl. Inc. (97896) and William P. Strube Inc. (54034). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
