- Solicitation Number SP0450-04-0584, LTC03245014278, with (6) NSNS: 6850-01-376-1766, 6850-01-357-9991, 6850-01-463-6375, 6850-01-463-6476, 6850-01-463-6378 and 6850-01-463-6379, Toner Cartridge, unit quantity is 1 each.. This is remanufactured toner cartridges shall meet DSCR Purchase description 6850-1E, Type IV dated 16 Sep 2002. This is commercial item. This solicitation is Unrestricted, Full and Open competition, will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus an option to extend the terms for an additional (4) years, with stock lines going to New Cumberland, PA, Tracy CA locations and has line items for (DVD) Direct Vendor Delivery, anywhere in the US continental, IAW Fast Pay Procedures. Inspection and acceptance will be at Origin. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will contain EPA, POPS provisions, and will not contain progress payments. The solicitation will issue on 21 October 2003 with a Closing Date of 21 November 2003.
