- Description
- This Solicitation is hereby modified to change the solicitation number to SP0450-04-R-0262 and the issue and closing date has also been modified. All other requirements remains the same. Solicitation Number SP0450-04-R-0262, LTC03165012534, consist of (3) NSNS 8120-00-515-2575, 8120-00-282-8077 and 8120-00-357-7992, Cylinder, Compressed Gas, Empty, Aircraft, Oxygen, Low pressure nonshatterable, maximum operating pressure is 475.0 Pounds per Square inch. These NSNS are in accordance with Mil-Spec-DTL ?5886 Rev G. Items are Critical Application, QAP 002. Origin Inspection and Acceptance is required to meet service requirements. This solicitation is Unrestricted, Full and Open competition. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract basic with (4) years option. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All line items 0001-0003 are all stocks with delivery to (SRU) Richmond, VA depot. Solicitation will contain EPA provision and does not contain progress payments. This is not commercial item. The solicitation will be issue on October 14, 2003 with a closing date of November 13, 2003.
