- THE SOLICITATION NUMBER FOR THIS PROCUREMENT HAS BEEN CHANGED FROM SP0460-03-R-4686 TO SP0460-04-R-0240. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED BY 30 OCTOBER 2003. YPG03195001495, NSN 1680997359219, Cover, Seat Cushion, Bottom. IPECO Europe LTD, Cage K9075, P/N 1A067-0125CR. This solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with an estimated annual demand quantity of 144 each for the base year and 100 each for the option years. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. 150 DARO, Origin. Other than full and open, only one source. Intended source Cage K9075. Note 22 applies. Unrestricted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
