Solicitation is for a Long-Term Contract [Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC)for a base year and four option years, Est Annual Qty 96 EA, Guaranteed Minimum Qty 24 EA, Maximum Annual Qty 144 EA. Inspection/Acceptance/FOB: Origin, Requested Delivery is 120 Days ARO, Unrestricted, Non-commercial procedures apply, ABVS: The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
