Solicitation is for a Long-Term Contract [Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC)] for a base year and four option years, Est Annual Qty 100 EA, Guaranteed Minimum Qty 25 EA, Maximum Annual Qty 150 EA, Inspection/Acceptance/FOB: Origin, Requested delivery is 165 Days ARO, Unrestricted, Non-commercial procedures apply, ABVS: The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
