Description

NA The US Army Aviation and Missile Command, in support of the Lower Tier Project Office, is seeking information for a currently available web-based automated data system with the following features and capabilities: The automated data system shall be implemented within 30 days after contract award. A user friendly automated data system capable of providing real-time on-line interface and leverage of information from Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) Standard Operations and Maintenance, Army R & D System (SOMARDS) for commitments, obligati ons and disbursements for all types of funds; MIPA, RDT&E, O&MA, and including FMS. The automated data system shall enable multiple divisions to input budget requirements through the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) years, provide online collaboration for approval/disapproval, and automatically generate execution year obligation plans. Follow-on support will include development of multimedia materials, media conversions and storage, briefing support, programming and development software, developing automation tools, customer training, and sustainment support for the automated data system . This effort shall be performed with both on-site and off-site support. The technical point of contact is Michael Achord, telephone 256/955-3733.
