- Description
- This is a combined solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Ths solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15B. The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to procure: necessary personnel with valid Top Secret/SCI clearances, resources, facilities, equipment, tools and administrative services in support of the multimedia division. At the discretion of the contracting officer's representative, technical assistance and consultation which may include but is not limited to troubleshooting, calibration, repair, refurbishment, relocation, modifications, and installation for the following: (1) preventative maintenance and technical support for the Chemical Mix and Delivery System,designed by Eastman Kodak, every four months; (2) follow a maintenance checklist provided by Eastman Kodak on BEACON Precision Enlargers; (3) provide on-call consultation, problem solving, technical support and analysis for film, chemical lab processes, digital processes and hybrid systems, waste treatment, training, and disassembly of chemical mixing system; (4) If needed, provide crisis support in a secure facility; (5) emergency maintenance; (6) spare parts; (7) telecomm engineering of 25 hours. The FAR provisions at 52212.1 pertain. Additionally, the FAR clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 pertain. This is an all or none request for offers. Offers will be accepted via e-mail only, prior to close-of-business 25 Oct 2003. No telephone calls please.
