Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary for Partition Removal, Partition Installation, Acoustal Ceiling Tile, Door and Frames, Electrical, Floor Covering, Structural and Finishes, Mechanical, Painting, and Varnishing, Asbestos Removal, Encapsulation, containment and disposal of asbestos containing materials, including floor, ceiling, HVAC and Structural containments to be performed at the Atlanta South PMC, Atlanta, GA. Performance period is Basic Year with two one year option periods. Acquisition is 100% Small Business Set Aside. NAICS Code 236220. Solicitation will be issued on or about 23 October 2003.
