- Fresh Beef and Pork products for resale in 15 Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) commissaries located in Korea and Guam. F.O.B. Destination to West Coast port of exportation. Estimated yearly beef tonnage:2,401,215 pounds; estimated yearly pork tonnage: 797,603 pounds. One award will be made on an all-or-none basis. Contract type: Fixed-price Requirements Contract. Performance period: Base year and 2 one-year option periods. Contractor must participate as a DeCA EDI Trading Partner. The RFP will be issued on an unrestricted basis, and will be available for download from www.fedbizops.gov. The NAICS code is 311511 for this requirement with a size standard of 500 employees. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
