- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code is 541519 and the size standard for this requirement is $21M. Solicitation 4MC4A301is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is sole source to Mentor Graphics Corp, 8005 S.W. Boeckman Road, Wilsonville, OR 97070. This requirement is for software upgrades, support and factory training in accordance with the Performance Specification DMEA 04-4A3 and Appendix A Product Numbers consisting of Board Station Flow, Calibre, CES, Custom IC Design, Data Management, FPGA Advantage and Education and up to 200 hours of training for delivery to McClellan, CA 95652. The period of performance for this requirement is 24 months. The following FAR clauses apply: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ?Commercial; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.
