Description

Response due date has been extended to October 21, 2003. Questions are due by 2:00 PM October 13, 2003. The Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), House Support Services (HSS) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to seek competitive offers for the award of a contract to provide Dry Cleaner services. This contract is for a two-year base from date of award with three, one-year options. This contract will contain a monthly fee paid to the House in lieu of rent. The House is seeking a professional dry cleaning service provider to perform high quality services under contract to the House. These services will be similar to those found in dry cleaning establishments within the local area and at prices competitive to that same area. This RFP, all related documents and amendments, if any, is available electronically through the following website http://www.house.gov/cao-opp/currentsol.htm. Interested parties can obtain a copy of this RFP by accessing the above website. Questions relating to this RFP Solicitation shall be submitted in writing to Ms. Emily Tuck at the above e-mail or facsimile. Questions will be received until 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on October 6, 2003. Written responses to all questions will be provided to all potential contractors of record in the form of an Amendment to the solicitation. No verbal telephone requests for the solicitation package will be honored.*****
