Contracting Officer: Jan Matthews, 804-279-5893. Issue Date: October 31, 2003, Closing Date: December 2, 2003. Subject item is commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Destination, 128 DARO. Subject RFP is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base year and 4 option years. A Technical Data Package is not available for this NSN and requestors should not submit TDP requests to DSCR-VABA. This is a critical application item. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
