- A Streamlined Study of the Shawnee National Forest building, grounds, fleet, roads, and trails maintenance activities, involving 5.15 full time equivalent employees, was conducted using the Office of Management and Budget, Circular A-76. On 9/29/2003, the decision was made to retain performance in house, using the existing organization to continue to perform the work under current performance provisions.
