This is a new number which will be used from this date forward for all posting and correspondence. The DRAFT solicitation will be issued o/a 10/8/03 and in vite industry comments. All comments will be required to be received at the NRCC by 4:00 PM on 10/29/03. A pre-solicitation conference is anticipated in Nov 03. W911S0-04-R-0002 will be formally issued o/a 11/12/03. Solicitation will be posted on www.a ca-nrcc.eustis.army.mil under -Business Opportunties-/-Fort Eustis- under the new number W911S0-04-R-0002.
