NA ENAMEL, LUSTERLESS, COLOR: BLUE, COLOR CHIP NUMBER: 35109, FIVE U.S. GALLONS EQUAL ONE CAN. CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMANCE REQUIRED. MUST MEET MIL SPEC MIL-E-11195, NOTE: THE REQUIREMENT AT MIL SPEC PARA 3.1. IS EXCLUDED (SUPPLIER WILL FURNISH CERTIFICATION THAT THE PRODUCT MEETS ALL OTHER REQUIREMENTS) A BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA) FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR WITH A TOTAL ESTIMATED QUANTITY OF 4025 GALLONS WILL BE AWARDED AS A RESULT OF THIS REQUEST. THE BPA WILL ESTABLISH A UNIT PRICE FOR AWARDED QUANT ITIES. Issue date is 20 Oct 2003. Proposed contract is unrestricted. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 2.102. Therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing this website, Caution: This solicitation will be issued electronically as well any amendments thereto. Because of this, the government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the solicitation via this website in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt may render the quote nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
